By accessing or using the 55000 platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law to participate in online betting and entertainment activities, which is 18 years of age and above. Use of this platform by individuals below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited.

You also confirm that you are using this platform in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or third party without prior written authorisation from 55000. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

55000 reserves the right to decline account applications or terminate access for any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements, without obligation to provide a reason.

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the 55000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the withholding of any funds held within them pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your password and personal identification number. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have reported loss of account access to the 55000 support team within a reasonable time.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account. 55000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in order to meet internal compliance requirements.

All financial transactions on the 55000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name. The use of a third party's card or account without explicit authorisation is strictly prohibited.

55000 supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, and popular e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and may change with prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section, subject to successful identity verification and no suspicious activity on the account. 55000 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where further investigation is required to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be reported to the 55000 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as stated in the platform's current policy, or may be automatically closed following notification to the user's registered email address.
